Download as PDF 381.210 Reversion may be sold -- Rights and duties of purchaser. Rights of reversion may be sold and conveyed. The purchaser thereof shall be vested with all the privileges and advantages which attach to the estate in the hands of the reversioner, and shall be subject to all the duties and responsibilities in law or equity which any tenant might assert against the owner of the reversion, the right to which accrued before notice of the transfer.
