309.356 Revolving fund.

(1) (2) (3) All fees and other moneys received by the board pursuant to the provisions of KRS 309.350 to 309.364 shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a revolving fund for the use of the board. No part of this revolving fund shall revert to the general funds of this Commonwealth. The compensation of members of the board and all of the employees of the board and all expenses incurred by the board shall be paid from this revolving fund. Effective:June 24, 2003 History: Created 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 45, sec. 7, effective June 24, 2003; and ch. 70, sec. 7, effective June 24, 2003. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/24/2003). 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 45, sec. 7, and 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 70, sec. 7, are substantially identical and have been codified together.
