Massage therapists practicing under KRS 309.350 to 309.364 shall not perform any of the following: diagnosis of illness or disease; high-velocity, low-amplitude thrust applied to a joint; spinal or pelvic adjustment or chiropractic manipulation; deep physical agent modalities, except hydrotherapy methods; application of ultrasound; or prescription of medication. Effective:June 24, 2003 History: Created 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 45, sec. 2, effective June 24, 2003; and ch. 70, sec. 2, effective June 24, 2003. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/24/2003). 2003 Ky.
