309.089 Additional penalties.

In addition to the sanctions set out in KRS 309.086, the board may impose the following sanctions on certificate holders who violate the provisions of KRS 309.080 to 309.089 and administrative regulations promulgated pursuant to those sections: (1) Suspend a certificate for a period of up to five (5) years; and (2) Impose a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000).
