As used in KRS 309.080 to 309.089, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Board" means the Kentucky Board of Certification of Alcohol and Drug Counselors; (2) "Certified alcohol and drug counselor" means a person certified by the board; and (3) "Certificate holder" means an alcohol and drug counselor who is certified pursuant to KRS 309.080 to 309.089. Effective:July 15, 1996 History: Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 96, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1996.
