(1) (2) The commissioner shall collect and pay into the State Treasury the following fees relative to assessment or cooperative life or casualty insurance companies: (a) For filing a copy of articles of incorporation of the company, $10; and (b) For filing annual statement of the company, $10. No other charges than those provided in this section shall be made against assessment or cooperative life or casualty insurance companies by the Department of Insurance unless agreed to by the respective companies. Effective:July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 888, effective July 15, 2010. -Created 1950 Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 7, effective September 1, 1950.
