257.150 Payment of state indemnity.

After carcass disposal, cleaning, and disinfection has been completed, the board shall execute a voucher upon the Finance and Administration Cabinet for the amount of the indemnity due the owner, for payment from funds appropriated for this purpose. The voucher shall be approved by the state veterinarian and the chairman of the board. When the check for payment is issued by the State Treasurer, he shall forward it to the chairman of the board who shall pay it to the owner. Effective:June 25, 2009 History: Amended 2009 Ky.
