When the owner of any lands, or any immediate or remote grantor or vendor of the owner, has given to a railroad, after February 25, 1893, a right-of-way through the lands free of charge, the entire fencing on the division lines between such lands and the right-of-way of the railroad shall be done by and at the cost of the railroad. Effective:October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1797.
