The proceeds of the tax authorized by KRS 160.621 shall, except when collected pursuant to KRS 160.627(2), be deposited in a special fund until they have been distributed as provided in KRS 160.644. Effective:July 13, 1990 History: Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt. V, sec. 468, effective July 13, 1990. -- Amended 1982 Ky.
