Any person who has paid the license fees imposed under KRS 160.484 and 160.485 may bring an action for the refund thereof without interest only within one (1) year after the license fees for any year become due. If the court finds that the license fees were invalidly collected for any reason, it shall order a refund thereof. Effective:July 13, 1990 History: Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt. V, sec. 446, effective July 13, 1990. -- Created 1965 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 2, sec. 21.
