160.347 Removal of school council member.

A member of a school council may be removed from the council for cause, after an opportunity for hearing before the local board, by a vote of four-fifths (4/5) of the membership of a board of education after the recommendation of the chief state school officer pursuant to KRS 156.132. Written notices setting out the charges for removal shall be spread on the minutes of the board and given to the member of the school council. Effective:July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky.
