160.105 Fire and extended insurance coverage.

The Kentucky Board of Education shall by regulation require each school district to provide for fire and extended insurance coverage on each building owned by the board which is not surplus to its needs as shown by the approved facilities plan. The requirement for such coverage shall not exceed replacement cost and shall allow for the features of coinsurance and deductibles. Effective:July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 362, sec. 6, effective July 15, 1996. -Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt. V, sec. 422, effective July 13, 1990. -- Created 1982 Ky.
