By July 1, 2010, at least one (1) employee in each middle school and high school shall have successfully completed the on-line coaches training under KRS 161.166. The cost of acquiring the training shall be borne by the local school district. Effective:July 15, 2008 History: Created 2008 Ky. Acts ch. 134, sec. 7, effective July 15, 2008.
