No book or other publication of a sectarian, infidel, or immoral character, or that reflects on any religious denomination, shall be used or distributed in any common school. No sectarian, infidel, or immoral doctrine shall be taught in any common school. Effective:July 13, 1990 History: Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt.
