Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. secs. 2741L-1 to 2741L-19. Legislative Research Commission Note. This section was amended in Acts 1980, ch. 149, 1 and repealed in Acts 1980, ch. 234, 11, and Acts 1980, ch. 239, 4. The repeals prevail as they were the later enactments.
