Any officer currently in office who did not obtain a bond in conformity to the requirements of KRS 62.050 or other statute applicable to bonding of his office shall be deemed to have complied with the applicable provisions of law if he shall have in place within thirty (30) days of January 27, 1995, such a bond, and no penalty or other forfeiture authorized by KRS 62.990 or other statute for not having previously conformed with applicable provisions of law shall apply to the officer. Effective:January 27, 1995, retroactive to November 1, 1991 History: Created 1995 (2d Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 4, sec. 1, effective January 27, 1995, retroactive to November 1, 1991.
