533.210 Conduct of program -- Costs -- License.

(1) (2) The program described in KRS 533.200 shall be administered by the Kentucky Adult Education Program within the Council on Postsecondary Education, which shall promulgate administrative regulations, pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A, relative to the conduct of the program, including but not limited to the costs of participation in the program by persons sentenced to the program. The Kentucky Adult Education Program shall license qualified persons or organizations to conduct the program described in KRS 533.200 on behalf of the agency. Qualifications, the manner of licensing, and all other matters shall be set by administrative regulation. Effective:July 12, 2006 History: Amended 2006 Ky.
