Download as PDF 42.555 Investment commission as Sinking Fund Commission -- Sale of stock in Bank of Kentucky. (1) (2) For the purposes of Section 185 of the Constitution of Kentucky, the State Investment Commission shall constitute the Sinking Fund Commission. The State Investment Commission may sell the stock in the Bank of Kentucky referred to in Sections 184 and 185 of the Constitution of Kentucky. The State Investment Commission may sell and reinvest the proceeds of the sale of the stock in the Bank of Kentucky from time to time. Effective:Created 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 382, sec. 21, effective July 15, 1982.
