(1) (2) A person is guilty of a violation of a protective order when he intentionally violates the provisions of an order issued pursuant to KRS 403.715 to 403.785 with which he has been served or has been given notice. Violation of a protective order is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective:July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 172, sec. 15, effective July 14, 1992.
