(1) (2) (3) As used in this section, "safe child drop-off location" means any public building owned, leased, or occupied by the Commonwealth, or by any city or county within the Commonwealth, to which access is limited and security measures, including metal detectors, are in place. Any separation agreement, decree of divorce, temporary custody order, or post-decree order may require that exchanges of child custody take place in a safe child drop-off location at a point past the metal detectors and other security measures. Public buildings owned, leased, or occupied by the Commonwealth, or by any city or county within the Commonwealth, to which access is limited and in which security measures, including metal detectors, are in place, may allow access to spaces otherwise open to the public for use as a safe child drop-off location, but no such building shall be required to make any other accommodation for such use.
