Any person who sells, lends, or gives any explosives or blasting agents shall keep a register showing the amount sold, lent, or given, the date of the sale, loan, or gift and for what purpose it is to be used. Such person shall also be required to register with the department. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 143, sec. 10.
