(1) (2) (3) Each landscape architect licensed to practice within the Commonwealth shall secure an embossed circular seal of the design prescribed by the administrative regulation of the board. All working drawings, specifications and reports prepared by, or under the supervision of the individual, partnership, or firm shall bear the imprint of this seal. No landscape architect shall sign or affix his seal to any drawings, specifications or reports which have not been prepared under his immediate supervision.
