Any applicant who fails to pass an examination section may be admitted to any subsequent examination by paying an additional fee to be established by administrative regulation of the board. If an applicant fails to pass all sections of the prescribed examination within a continuous three (3) year period, the previous examination sections passed by the applicant prior to that current three (3) year period shall become void, and the applicant shall be reexamined on all sections.
