The members of the State Fair Board shall be allowed their necessary traveling and hotel expenses, and shall be allowed one hundred dollars ($100) per day for attending the meetings of the State Fair Board, which shall not exceed ninety-six (96) in number in any one (1) year, and for services rendered in carrying on the State Fair.
