243.550 Conduct of hearing by board.

Hearings upon appeals from orders of a county administrator or a city administrator, a determination of a state director, or upon proceedings for revocation or suspension shall be held by the board. The board may, at its discretion, hold the hearing in Frankfort, or in the county where the licensed premises, or the premises to be licensed, are located. Decisions shall be made and final orders entered only upon the vote of a majority of the board. The hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
