The operation of a pari-mutuel system for betting, where authorized by law, or the conduct of charitable gaming by a charitable organization licensed and regulated under the provision of KRS Chapter 238, shall not constitute grounds for the revocation or suspension of any license issued under KRS Chapter 243.
