(1) (2) A limited golf course license may be issued to an establishment that is a nine (9) or an eighteen (18) hole golf course that meets United States Golf Association criteria as a regulation golf course as long as the establishment is within: (a) Any wet territory; or (b) Any moist precinct that has specifically authorized the sale of distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages at that establishment under KRS 242.123. A limited golf course license shall authorize the licensee to purchase, receive, possess, and sell distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages at retail by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises. The licensee shall purchase distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages only from licensed wholesalers or distributors. The license shall not authorize the licensee to sell distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages by the package. Effective:June 25, 2013 History: Created 2013 Ky.
