243.035 Bottling house license.

In addition to the licenses prescribed by KRS 243.030, a bottling house license may be issued by the director of the Division of Distilled Spirits, upon payment of the fee set forth in KRS 243.030. The license may be issued only to persons who are authorized under this chapter to store or warehouse distilled spirits or wine. The bottling house license shall authorize the licensee to bottle distilled spirits on the premises designated in the license. The holder of a bottling house license may also hold a distilled spirits and wine storage license. Effective:June 25, 2013 History: Amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 121, sec. 48, effective June 25, 2013. -Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 518, sec. 7, effective April 13, 1998. -- Created 1944 Ky. Acts ch. 154, sec. 31. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
