243.031 Winery licenses.

A small winery license, a small winery off-premises retail license, a farm winery license or a farm winery retail outlet licensee, shall be issued upon a verified application to the board. The application shall be upon forms provided by the board and shall contain such information as the board requires, which shall include affirmative evidence of the applicant's ability to comply with the rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the board.
