The proposition to be voted upon in any election held pursuant to KRS 242.127 and this section shall be "Are you in favor of the sale of distilled spirits and wine by the drink for consumption on the premises in (name of city)?" Each voter shall designate his vote by a "yes" or a "no" vote. Effective:July 15, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 360, sec. 67, effective July 15, 1982. -Created 1972 Ky.
