(1) (2) In any wet city of the fourth class, an election may be held in the manner prescribed in this chapter to take the sense of the people of the city as to the sale of distilled spirits or wine by the drink for consumption on the premises in the city. An election held pursuant to this section shall be city-wide. Effective:June 25, 2013 History: Amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 121, sec. 16, effective June 25, 2013. -Amended 1998 Ky.
