The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may utilize the services of the workers of the other cabinets, when authorized by the agency heads of these cabinets. The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may authorize payment of the actual traveling expenses of the workers so utilized. Effective:June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky.
