(1) (2) The following officers shall be appointed by the commissioner: (a) Commercial vehicle enforcement officers; (b) Commercial vehicle enforcement officers R Class; (c) Arson investigator officers; and (d) Hazardous devices investigator officers. Facilities security officers shall be appointed by the secretary as special law enforcement officers under KRS 61.902. Effective:June 25, 2013 History: Amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 64, sec. 6, effective June 25, 2013. -- Created 2009 Ky. Acts ch. 75, sec. 3, effective June 25, 2009.
