(1) (2) A person shall not take or attempt to take wildlife with a firearm, bow, or crossbow, if the person is manifestly under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance, and the person: (a) May endanger himself or herself or other persons or property; or (b) Is engaging in any behavior specified in subsection (1)(a) to (d) of KRS 525.060. A peace officer may arrest a person for violating subsection (1) of this section. Effective:July 15, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 606, sec. 168, effective July 15, 1998.
