The Attorney General shall have staff available who are specially trained in child sexual abuse. Commonwealth's attorneys and county attorneys may request assistance in the investigation and prosecution of child sexual abuse cases in accordance with provisions of this chapter. Effective:July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 351, sec. 10, effective July 14, 1992.
