The Prosecutors Advisory Council may apply for and receive funds, public or private, for the purpose of assisting Commonwealth's and county attorneys in providing crime victim assistance or in criminal prosecution. The council may provide matching funds as a condition of any grant. Effective:July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 264, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1994.
