An appeal may be taken from any decision of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet to withhold or terminate payment from the Law Enforcement Foundation Program fund to any local unit of government. Appeals shall be taken to the Circuit Court of the county where the controversy originates. Effective:June 26, 2007 History: Amended 2007 Ky.
