The Legislative Research Commission may promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. An emergency administrative regulation promulgated by the Legislative Research Commission shall be signed by its co-chairmen. Effective:July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky.
