(1) (2) No administrative body other than the Legislative Research Commission shall publish administrative regulations unless permission is granted by the Legislative Research Commission and the administrative regulations are enclosed in a booklet or binder on which the words "informational copy" are clearly stamped or printed. Copies of the Administrative Register and the Kentucky Administrative Regulations Service shall be provided to a member of the General Assembly only upon the request of the member. Effective:April 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 417, sec. 6, effective April 13, 1984.
