Any person who asks for or requests the use of a party line on the pretext that an emergency exists, knowing that no emergency in fact exists, shall be fined not less than twenty-five ($25) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding ten (10) days or both so fined and imprisoned. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 235, sec. 3.
