Any person who willfully refuses to yield or surrender the use of a party line to another person for the purpose of permitting such other person to report a fire or summon police, medical or other aid in case of emergency, shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 235, sec. 2.
