(1) (2) No cigarette or tobacco products advertising shall be posted on a billboard with display space larger than fifty (50) square feet located within five hundred (500) feet of any elementary or secondary school building or adjacent school-owned property. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky.
