35.315 Approval of findings by convening authority.

In acting on the findings and sentence of a court-martial, the convening authority shall approve only such findings of guilty, and the sentence or such part or amount of the sentence as he finds correct in law and fact and determines should be approved. Unless otherwise indicated, approval of the sentence shall constitute approval of the findings and sentence. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 44. -- Created 1954 Ky.
