(1) (2) The military judge, all interpreters, and, in general and special courts-martial, the members, the trial counsel, assistant trial counsel, the defense counsel, assistant defense counsel, and the reporter shall take an oath or affirmation in the presence of the accused to perform their duties faithfully. All witnesses before courts-martial shall be examined on oath or affirmation. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 28. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 41, effective July 1, 1954.
