Any person who violates or aids in the violation of any provision of KRS 335.010 to 335.160 shall upon conviction be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 369, sec. 17, effective July 15, 1996. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 279, sec. 17.
