335.160 Board to enjoin violations.

If it appears to the board that a person is violating any provision of KRS 335.010 to 335.160 and KRS 335.990, the board may institute, in its own name, in Franklin Circuit Court, a proceeding to restrain and enjoin the violation without regard to whether proceedings have been, or may be instituted under other provisions of KRS 335.010 to 335.160 and KRS 335.990. The board or any member thereof, shall not be required to furnish bond for any costs or filing fees in connection with the proceeding. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky.
