Download as PDF 319A.150 License fee -- Use of title. The board shall issue a license to an individual who has met the requirements of this chapter upon the payment of the applicable license fee. An individual who is issued a license as an occupational therapist under the provisions of this chapter may use the title "occupational therapist licensed," or use the letters "O.T.R./L." in connection with the title or place of business to denote his licensure. A person who is issued a license as an occupational therapy assistant may use the words "certified occupational therapy assistant licensed" or may use the letters "C.O.T.A./L." in connection with the person's name or place of business to denote licensure.
