Download as PDF 319A.060 Duties of executive secretary -- Bond. The executive secretary or any other person so designated by the board shall give bond to the state in such sum as determined by the board to be approved by the State Treasurer for the faithful performance of his duties. The secretary shall receive and account for all moneys derived under the provisions of this chapter and shall pay such moneys to the State Treasurer who shall keep them in the manner provided for other such agencies and boards of the Commonwealth. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 78, sec. 6, effective July 15, 1986.
