Download as PDF 319A.040 Meetings -- Quorum -- Officers. The board shall meet at least annually and may meet at such other times as necessary to complete the business required. A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Annually the board shall elect from its membership a chairman, a vice chairman, and a secretary to serve for one (1) year terms. Effective: July 15, 2002 History: Amended 2002 Ky.
