(1) (2) A person who engages in the business of providing home medical equipment and services and who is required to be licensed under KRS 315.510 to 315.524 and who knowingly provides home medical equipment and services without a license issued under this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor. Each day a violation of this section continues constitutes a separate offense. Effective: July 12, 2012 History: Created 2012 Ky. Acts ch. 73, sec. 8, effective July 12, 2012.
